Hammer Creek's HC55 is our 5" 5.56 general purpose suppressor available in both Titanium and 718 Inconel. For its compact size and barely there weight the HC55 delivers surprisingly outsized sound suppression even on 10" barrels. Borrowing from aerospace turbofan intake design the HC55 (55= 5" & 5.56) delivers reduced back pressure performance, while maximizing suppression within a compact footprint.
The HC55HD Suppressor, constructed entirely of 718 Inconel is for those looking for the final word in endurance while maintaining a short overall profile on short-barreled rifles. Utilizing the same low-back pressure, high-efficiency design as the HC55 Titanium series, the HC55HD offers no-fail durability in the most abusive of firing schedules. Lacking the extra weight of a muzzle device the direct thread HC55HD at 11.5oz has a noticeably light feel and balance on short-barreled rifles.
